Elton John Pop Up! are not part of the Elton John Group. We are happy to exchange or refund. All items must be returned in perfect, saleable condition with tickets still on each item and a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. No cash refunds will be issued however a bank transfer can be issued.
