Becoming Elton John was more than just a change of name. It was an entirely new persona built from equal parts talent & determination. He put his inner self on display for all the world to see, & opened up an entire world for so many who couldn’t express themselves before.

Are there any stores where I can try on your frames?
You can find Elton John Eyewear frames at Elton John Pops Up! Locations across Europe, find your nearest pop up here. For all other regions, we’re currently looking at stores and retailers to showcase our products in, so you can find us online only for now, but watch this space.
How will I know about upcoming collections?

Prescriptions & Lenses
Are your frames sold with prescription lenses?
Our optical frames currently aren’t, but we hope to in the future. We supply our prescription frames with clear lenses; you can take these to your optician who will fit your prescription.
What is a blue light filter?
Blue light is the glare that comes from digital screens (phones, laptops, tablets) and frequent or continued use can cause eye strain, or irritate the eyes. A blue light filter on our lenses helps reduce the blue light reaching your eyes and can relieve headaches. But also, make sure you take regular screen breaks (all work & no play) and drink lots of water to help with this!
Why are some lenses tinted?
Our frames are carefully curated by Elton John himself, all taking inspiration from key moments in his life so some frames are inspired to have a tinted lens, others not. A tinted lens is also Elton’s signature look, and besides, who doesn’t love a pop of colour.
Do you offer eye testing?
Not currently no, however we are looking to work with retailers to see where we can help to provide this service. Watch this space.
What’s so special about your sun/tint lenses?
Elton has worn glasses almost his whole life, so he knows how annoying it can be when objects behind you are reflected in your glasses, or sunlight reflects off water into your eyes. So we treat all our tint lenses with non-glare, and polarise our sun lenses to prevent this happening.

What are your frames made of?
The materials are listed on each product page but consist of either metal, plastic or a combination.
Where are your frames made?
Our products are sourced from 3rd party factories in Taiwan and China
Are your frames made from sustainable materials?
We always work to ensure we use responsibly sourced materials where we can, but, as of right now, the options are limited within the global eyewear industry. Our frames work to do good as a percentage of the sale of each frame is given to the Elton John AIDS Foundation, who work to end the AIDS epidemic by 2030.
How do I care for my new glasses?
Each frame purchased comes with its own protective case. When the frames aren’t on your head, it’s best to always put them back in here so that they can stay bright, just like you.
Do you offer repairs?
We don’t offer repairs but if your glasses aren’t up to your expectations, get in touch with our Customer Service team and we can make sure you get the perfect frame for you to look yourself!

Our frames come in a range of sizes; small, medium and wide to ensure we have a frame for every fan.
How can I find the right frames for my face?
We think you would look good in everything, but you can refine your search by face shape and size while shopping.
Are your frames unisex?
Our frames are made to suit personalities, moods and occasions rather than male or female faces, so that we can always have a frame for every fan.

What is your returns policy?
With our hassle-free eyewear & accessories exchange or return policy, anytime within 100 days of the initial receipt of your order, a replacement frame or full refund may be requested*. We also include 100 days, no-scratch guarantee for our sunglass lenses. Scratched sunglass lenses will be replaced with a free new pair within 100 days of order receipt*.
*This doesn’t cover accidental damage, breakage or theft. Shipping fees are non refundable

Is the autograph legit or fake?
The autograph on our Master Collection frames was handwritten by Elton John for the collection. However, to ensure consistency and to save Elton’s hand, we have litho-printed it in gold onto each limited edition frame. So, it’s authentic but not handwritten on each pair.
Are they made with vintage frames?
Our frame looks are inspired by classic looks but each product is made new.
